Is there a timer or a way to lose?

No. Wordmere has no timers, no pressure, and nothing to lose — play at your own pace, a few cozy minutes at a time.

How do I turn music, sound or haptics on or off?

Open Settings in the game (the gear icon) and toggle Music, Sound or Haptics to taste.

I bought coins — how do they work?

Coin packs are consumable in-app purchases, so the coins are added to your balance right away and you spend them on hints and unlocks. Because they're consumable, they're tied to that device and can't be transferred or "restored" after deleting the app.

I changed phones / lost my progress

Wordmere keeps your progress and settings on your device and doesn't require an account, so progress doesn't sync between devices and is removed if you delete the app. We're exploring optional cloud save for a future update.

A purchase didn't go through

Purchases are handled by the App Store. If you were charged but didn't receive coins, please email us with the date and the pack you bought and we'll sort it out. You can also review purchases in your Apple ID account settings.
