Making a worksheet
Paste a spelling list, a set of topic words or the names of everyone at a party. Each word comes back jumbled with the answer next to it, so you can copy the scrambled column into a handout and keep the answers for yourself. Words of one or two letters are left alone — there's nothing to scramble.
Every jumble is different
The letters are shuffled fresh each time, and the tool won't hand back a "scramble" that is identical to the original word. Press Search again if a particular jumble looks too easy — short words with repeated letters sometimes land close to the real thing.
The other direction
This tool makes puzzles. To solve one, the word unscrambler finds every word your letters can make, and the anagram solver finds the ones that use every letter exactly once.
